About Christina Walton, MTS

Christina is known for her caring demeanour and genuine support for her clients. Her therapeutic approach is firmly grounded in her training in psychology; marriage and family therapy; and bereavement and loss counselling. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from McMaster University, a Masters in Theological Studies in Pastoral Counselling from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is a Licensed Funeral Director.

Christina is a member of the Ontario Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, a Registered Therapist and Clinical Fellow with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, a Registered Therapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and with the Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (CAMFT).

Christina approaches each client’s situation with care and compassion, allowing them to set goals that they feel comfortable with, while providing guidance and support along the way.
